ANGOLA - *Passport and visa required. Tourist/business visas require an application form, letter stating purpose of travel, 2 recent photos, and $30 fee. Visa good for 2 years from issue date. Applications by mail require prepaid return envelope. Yellow fever and cholera immunizations recommended. MOZAMBIQUE - *Passport and visa required. Visa must be obtained in advance. Entry visa valid 3 months from date of issuance, requires 1 application form, 2 photos, immunization for yellow fever and cholera, $20 (single-entry) or $40 (multiple-entry) fee and letter (from company or individual) giving detailed itinerary and address of where visitor is staying. Visitors may have to exchange $25 at point of entry and declare all foreign currency. Apply at the Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique, Suite 570, 1990 M St., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036 (202/293-7146).

ZAMBIA - *Passport and visa required. Visa may be obtained in advance or at port of entry. Tourist/business multiple-entry visa, valid up to 3 years (unless obtained at border), requires $40 processing fee (no personal checks), 2 application forms, and 2 photos. Visa not required for travelers under age 16. Business visa also requires company letter. Yellow fever immunizations and antimalarial medicine recommended.
